sleep... YES!!!

Last night the girls slept 6 hours, then 5 hours, then 2 more... YES!!! It felt great, so when we slept in until 10, I just rolled with it! Then I rolled out of the house unshowered to troll around the mall. Hoping I wouldn't see anyone.. needless to say.. I did. One of my parents from school, oh how I miss my sweet parents!

I also saw this man walking his 3 year old twins.. he commented to me that it doesn't get easier it gets harder.... although this may be true I wanted to slap him... CAN YOU NOT SEE... I am the depths of this and I didn't need to hear there was no LIGHT at the end of the tunnel! ahhhh... along with this every tom, dick and harry wanted to stop me and tell me about their brothers uncles dogs friends sister who has twins... or just had a baby. I'm not trying to be insensitive, but it is hard when I seem to hear 30 stories when I am only out for an hour walking the mall. Ah well, I know people are trying to relate, I just don't need to know every strangers story. That sounds like I am a brat, so ... sorry.. but that is how I feel. I don't mind it when other twin mothers come up to me, OR when people who are twins themselves.. cause I get that alot... it is just the million others that come up who want to share any connection they have to knowing twins.

Tonight I am going to a mom's group.. not for twins, just moms. They are meeting at Starbucks and my friend Kelly told me about it.. we thought we'd check it out and if they have 3 heads. then at least we can enjoy a cup of coffee together!

That man is crazy...it gets MUCH easier. There is nothing like those initial months of physical exaustion. Plus, as they get older they get more fun- its still hard, but much more rewarding. Don't lisiten to crazies like that!!!
