Bath time

 Sweet baby girl likes her bath...

 She was calm the whole time..

 But she started to get thirsty so she wanted to try to drink the water...

 then she was ready to eat..

 The Birthday girls! We started the day by making crowns and eating pink pancakes with sprinkles!

 Then we went to the cupcake shop and the girls picked out the cupcake they wanted! They both picked the strawberry one with PINK icing!!

  We came back to the house and ate pizza and our cupcakes with a friend...

 I can't believe my beautiful little girls are 3 years old, the time has gone by so fast, they used to be so tiny and now they are little girls, full of expression, energy, joy and love.

 I couldn't be more happy to be their mom.  Everyday they say the funniest things, I try to keep up writing them down, but it's too many a day to keep up with!  I love these little girls so much, they made me a mom, I prayed for them, I always wanted them, my whole life I dreamed of being a mom and they made me one and how lucky I feel that God trusted me to take care of them!

 Sweet sleeping baby! She weighed 6lbs 10oz at her 2 week check up... she is sleeping 4-5 hour stretches at night and she is eating really well.  We just introduced a bottle to her this week so that she would be able to take one if needed.. or if I need a break! :)  She is a really sweet baby and we see so much of Ella and Ava in her but lots of her is just Lilah! :)

Introducing Lilah Sloane!

 This is Lilah Sloane Mitchell, she weight 6lbs 7oz and was 18inches long, she has dirty blonde hair and we are so inlove!

We went to Daniel's sisters house and the girls got to swim, play with bubbles and play on the playground! I wasn't much help because being out in the heat gives me contractions so I just kinda sat around and watched it all happen!   Baby is so close to being here I am just trying to keep her in at this point!

Happy 4th From US!

 I made a flag cake, soon to be covered with icing, but it looked so pretty un-iced I had to share!

 Another cake I made for our family BBQ tonight!  I am so glad we have something to go to, because I am in no mood to host anything!

We are coming down to the wire of when the baby is due and I am trying to get prepared, which is mostly preparing backpacks for the girls filled with fun stuff to take to the hospital to keep busy when they visit and laying out their outfits for when others are caring for them, wrapping presents for them to pick out each day that I am in the hospital so they continue to feel special, setting up the swing set in the backyard (which I have no part in) packing hospital bags, setting up swings, bassinets, backing diaper bag for the baby... It feels weird that there isn't much time left, but I am trying to enjoy every last minute with the girls, except it's hard cause they have been sick and I am getting worn down and extra sensitive!  Soon we will be a family of 5 and we can't wait! Looking forward to my parents coming soon and then my SIL and niece are both coming to stay awhile when the baby gets here! So much fun ahead! Have a wonderful holiday and thanks to all of those to fight for our country so we can be free!
