Whatcha doin?

 We are watching our little Lilah Sloane turn 6 months! She had her first ear infection and I stopped breastfeeding, I know it isn't connected, but, that is also what happened when I stopped breastfeeding the girls... sooo, call me crazy, but I feel bad.  She is also teething and becoming VERY hungry, drinking 6-8oz every 3 hours again like a newborn! :)  Still, she only weighed 13lbs 14oz at her 6 month appt. so no one is concerned she is drinking too much!

 We painted

  we inherited a bunch of dress up clothes, so that means changing out dress up clothes 5-6x a day... minimum...

 sweet sisters, they said "we love eachother mommy, look, we are hugging!"  I made sure to rush and take a picture of the love fest.

 This is my child known as "Gunkert" ... which came from me calling her "Chunker" but Ava changed it to what she "heard"

I am sorry, but you can't deny that is a cute baby.... I'm pretty smitten with her.

Big Girl Beds

Yes, for the record, we kept the girls in their cribs till 3 1/2 years old! They didn't crawl out, so we figured we would save up for their room in the meantime!  So I re-did it and painted the walls green, re-did the one picture wall and put a decal from Pottery Barn that matches their bedding up, got new beds/sheets/bedding, new rug and new curtains. I am very happy with how it turned out, but I was worried they wouldn't sleep! Well last night was their first night and they did great.... I am aware though it was probably a honeymoon stage and thats okay, I'll take it!  So far, so good... we'll see about naps!

 Ava loves this mini trampoline in the background... I got it to work out on years ago... well, needless to say it's been in the attic... sooo, we got it down and the girls have been LOVING it!

 making my own baby food this time around, we've had avocado, sweet potatoes, corn, banana, carrots, squash, plums and cereal!  Lilah loves it and she hasnt been particular... oh yeah, except for peas... shes not a fan... surprised?

 My 3 ladies, I love these girls, they are so good with Lilah.  Lilah just lights up when they play with her! It's wonderful!
