Girls are trying finger foods

The girls are trying finger foods now and just everywhere. Ava is just starting to get up on all fours and try to rock and almost crawl around. Ella is just still sitting, but she is very strong, she can stand really well, not on her own of course. They are the funniest little girls ever and keep me on my toes. We went grocery shopping the other day and of course they caused a stir... from the others in teh store. It was their first time riding in the cart sitting up-top NOT in their car seats. EVERYONE stopped us and asked if they were twins. Even though they look alike and are the same size and they were wearing the same outfits. I think people just want to talk to us! :) We even had one family come and ask for blessings and bless their heads... part of their culture because the babies have redish hair, they believe they are lucky! My parents will go crazy when meeting them at this new age...so will my brothers... because it is poetic justice as my brother said that I have two girls... and Ava will keep my head spinning!!! Ella is my laid back girly... during the day, but at night she has an ajenda of her own. She likes to be close to us, so she cries till she is. We are working on it! Here are some pictures of them.

Red dresses

These little red dresses were given to us by a family friend. My dad loved them so much and couldn't wait to see them on the girls. THey have little bonnets that go with them in other pictures I'll post later. They are just too cute!

Jenga

My friend Kourtney babysat for us last night while Daniel and I went on a date for his Birthday, she said something that made me think.. When both the girls were crying, one would calm down and then the other... but when they started up again, it was like you made one move to help the crying child and all the pieces fell apart. She said it was like Jenga. haha... it's true, I think being a twin mom is like playing Jenga. You have to know exactly what piece to pull, cause if you pull the wrong one, they all fall down. :)
